Trabajo voluntario.

Let´s remember decimal numbers operations: Go to delicious and go to Math games (at the end of the page) .I´m sure you remember that page, isn't it? Well, I want you to play 2 games: Math at the mall and making change, ok?? Well, I hope you learn a lot!!

Bueno, pues os propongo un trabajo voluntario (que tomaré en cuenta al evaluaros) y su temática es "el número de oro" .
La extensión será de 4 a 6 páginas y me gustaría que no os limitarais a hacer referencias al video en cuestión si no que buscaseis información por internet, enciclopedias, etc y profundizáseis más en las implicaciones que el número de oro ha tenido y tiene an el arte, la naturaleza, astronomía e incluso en las matemáticas. Podéis agregar imágenes y ,¿quién sabe?, tomar ideas para el concurso de fotografía matemática.
Cualquier cuestión me la podéis plantear en clase o bien publicando comentarios en esta entrada, ¿vale? tenéis de plazo hasta el 11 de febrero. Suerte y espero que disfrutéis haciéndolo!! Bye bye!

Decimal numbers task.

Hello, people!!This week let´s do some exercises about decimal numbers:
Go to delicious and click in the third link:BBC -skillswise-numbers-fractions,decimal and percentages.
1.Click in INTRODUCTIONS TO DECIMALS ; in that page there are three links, but you only have to go to ACTIVITY . Click over there and then in PLAY THE GAME. Read the instructions and click in PLAY . There are 3 levels . Click the level C and play the game!It's easy to play (but if you have problems ,click the level B or A, they are easier).You have to PUT IN ORDER the numbers.

2.Click in USING DECIMALS ; Click in QUIZ; click the level C (the most difficult) ;there are 10 questions ;try to do them !! If they are very difficult try to do the level B or A (it´s easier).If you are in trouble go the dictionary on line (remember DELICIOUS->WORD REFERENCE).

UFF !!Cuánto inglés,¿ no? Ya tenéis que intentar entender estas instrucciones sencillas en inglés.Ayudaos del diccionario on line: ya sabeis ,pinchais en DELICIOUS y luego en WORDREFERENCE. No teneis más que escribir la palabra que buscais en el recuadro superior y
darle a BUSCAR.

Este juego es una copia (en clave matemática) del famoso concurso de la TV "¿quiere usted ser millonario?" Tenéis que ir respondiendo las preguntas y tenéis 4 opciones. Si acertáis vais ganando más dinero pero las preguntas se van complicando.Siempre que pinchais una respuesta el "presentador" os pregunta si estáis seguros.Si lo estáis responded que sí.
Ah! Se me olvidaba !! A la derecha tenéis 3 comodines: el del público, el 50% y el de la llamada .Si no sabéis en qué consisten preguntadlo en el blog (BUT PLEASE; IN ENGLISH!!)
Además he añadido en DELICIOUS un diccionario online (click in WORD REFERENCE) para ayudaros con las palabras que no sepais.
